For more details on each of these wines, please see below:

2017 Terre de l'Èlu Val de Loire Blanc «Désirade»
The 2017 Sauvignon Blanc comes from the schist terroirs in Anjou Noir. Désirade has a deep nose with spicy notes (ginger, nutmeg) and candied oranges. You will find a rich and powerful attack on the palate with a long finish. You can drink it now, or cellar for another 10 years. Désirade pairs perfectly with a "Croûte aux Morilles" (toasted bread paired with morel mushrooms in a creamy sauce).

2019 Terre de l'Èlu Anjou Blanc «Bastingage»
Bastingage is the flagship of Terre de l'Elu and it shows a complex nose that reveals buttery aromas. The attack is full and plump, followed by beautiful minerality and some citrus notes reminiscent of candied lemons. This 2019 Chenin Blanc can be appreciated now and will continue to improve for at least another decade. A gastronomic wine that calls for a special dish, such as River Trout with mashed parsnip.

2016 Clos de l'Èlu Anjou Rouge «l'Aiglerie»
L'Aiglerie is 100% Cabernet Franc and aged for 30 months in old barrels. On the palate this cuvée gives an initial minty nose, followed by red fruit aromas with fresh herbs and scents of camphor. The velvety texture softens the fine tannins throughout its long finish. Open one hour in advance (decanting recommended) and enjoy with a tomato-based meat stew.

2013 Terre de l'Èlu Vin de France «Espérance»
The 2013 Espérance is an exclusive back vintage made from the Pineau d'Aunis grape variety. It has a light purple colour and is floral and peppery (Szechuan pepper). On the palate you will find bold spice notes that will evolve into floral notes. Espérance is a remarkable wine full of finesse and elegance. We counsel a short decant before serving. The best food companion is caramelised filet mignon.

This bundle will only be for sale from 12th October to 19th October.
