The Nouvelle Vague is the entry-level apple cider in Eric's range, but it is a far cry from either the confected, watery versions so common in England's West Coast, or even the cloudy incarnations of Normandy. Eric's rigorous farming and production methods, inspired by his background in wine, bear out here with more intense flavours and rounder structure than usual commercial ciders. This is the work of an artisan.
