How great is this wine? A methode moderne sparkler, made in one continuous fermentation in the same tank, with the effervescence retained by closing the vat at the final stage. Patient lees ageing (always at least a year, often closer to 18 months) before bottling. Appetising acidity and salinity to go with vivid white fruit, just amazing.
