Every vintage brings about a subtle yet significant change in the Indigène, with the 2015 rendition offering a stronger, spicier wine reflecting the clement conditions of the vintage. Best enjoyed before 2020 (well, we've never had a bottle last that long) with close friends as dawn is about to break!
