This is Eric's "Grand Cru" pear cider. The name is a reference to the granite soils where the fruit for this is harvested from. The orchard where these trees grow was once struck by lightning. This has drastically reduced the yield of the trees, which has in turn concentrated the intensity of flavour in its fruit.
