Guillaume Demoulin is the fourth generation to run the family vineyard in Tavel, the only Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (AOC) that is entirely made up of rosé. The 2013 vintage always transports us back to a sunny meadow with bright red flowers, with an expressive nose of fresh, floral raspberries.

This rosé would pair perfectly with lightly smoked meats, or a simple fish seasoned with just salt and pepper, as there’s a good amount of acid to bring out the natural flavours of the dishes.
