1. What is the minimum order for free delivery?
Our minimum spend is S$300 per order to qualify for free delivery. Delivery is otherwise charged at S$25.
2. Why is your delivery rate higher than other wine merchants'?
It is our responsibility to ensure that the wines are delivered to you in the best condition possible. Our transportation services are 100% temperature-controlled from the moment they are bottled by the winegrowers, all throughout their long journey by ship or airplane to Singapore, and then finally right up to your doorstep. This is a necessary expense to minimise the (very real) chances of heat damage.
3. When will I receive my wines after I place an order?
We try to ensure that the wines listed on our website are in stock, so you should be able to receive your wines within 2 working days. If for any reason there is a delay, we will be sure to contact you to make arrangements for delivery. Please accept our most heart-felt apologies for any inconvenience and disappointment caused.
Do please note that very often our bundles or pre-arrival offers have not physically landed in Singapore when they go up for sale. In this instance, the estimated arrival date will be shown on the relevant webpage. We will be in touch to coordinate delivery once the wines are safe and sound with us in Singapore.
4. What are your delivery hours?
Our delivery team works on weekdays, from 11am - 5pm. If you have specific requirements for dates or times, do please make a note as you are placing your order. Otherwise, you can drop us an e-mail.
The other option is to pick up your wines from our office at 615 Lorong 4 Toa Payoh, Singapore 319516. Please schedule the day and time with us to make sure that someone will be in to hand over your wines.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept VISA, Mastercard and AMEX for payments made online. We can also accept payment on delivery by cheque, cash or PayNow.
6. What happens if the bottles are broken, or damaged upon receiving them?
In rare instances where the bottles are broken, heat-damaged or corked, please e-mail or call us immediately at +65 6635 4770. We will arrange an exchange for the faulty bottle, but we do require that you return the original bottle (if not broken) with at least 3/4 of the wine remaining. This allows us to check the quality of the wine and pass on our feedback to the winegrower.
Please note that our exchange policy has a limit of 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your wines were delivered (or collected), unfortunately we can’t offer either a refund or exchange.
7. I am a member of the trade and I am interested in listing your wines for my restaurant, hotel or bar. Can we talk?
Analogue Wine Merchant is the retail arm of KOT Selections, a wholesale wine importer and distributor in Singapore. Do e-mail us if you have any questions!
8. I would like to make a bulk order of a large number of wines. Do you offer any sort of discount?
We are pleased to offer a discount of 5% for all orders above $1,000. We offer a discount of 10% for orders over $2,000. To apply either of these discounts to your order, please contact us by e-mail.
9. Do you have a monthly wine box subscription?
Not right now, but watch this space! If you're interested in curated wine selections, we thoroughly recommend that you check out our fortnightly bundles. These are a great way to explore a cross-section of wines and styles from a particular winemaker while taking advantage of the hottest new arrivals in Singapore.
