JOINING THE PROGRAMME

  1. WHAT IS THE TERROIRS PROGRAMME?

It is our loyalty programme, designed to give you the rewards you deserve! Membership is complimentary and you earn grapes based on your activity. Grapes can then be redeemed for exclusive rewards.

 

  1. HOW DO I JOIN THE TERROIR PROGRAMME?

It’s simple and only takes a moment! Just register here and place your first order. There is no registration fee, and you will earn grapes with your very first order.

Once you have completed the online registration, we will send you an email with information on how to earn and redeem your grapes.

 

  1. IS THERE ANY MEMBERSHIP FEE?

There is no membership fee. You can join the programme for free.

 

  1. HOW DO I KNOW WHICH TIER I’M IN?

Our new clients start from the first Regional Tier and are promoted to the next one once they have reached the minimum grapes quantity. Don’t worry, we will keep track and send you regular updates regarding your membership status.

If you are an existing customer, please check your email for updates regarding your status, earned grapes and privileges. Your tier is calculated based on your activity throughout the year 2021. If you haven’t received any communication from us, please contact us via email or phone and our team will be happy to update you on your status. 

Meanwhile we are working on an automated system for our new loyalty programme!

 

  1. DOES MY TIER STATUS CHANGE?

We will revise your status twice a year, based on the grapes you have earned within the past 6 months. A minimum accumulation of grapes is required to qualify for each of the tiers. You can see the details here.

 

 EARNING AND SPENDING YOUR GRAPES

 

  1. HOW DO I EARN MORE GRAPES?

There are several (simple) ways to do it!

Earn grapes every time you buy wine from us. For Regional, Village and Premier levels, get 1 grape for every $10 spent. And when you reach the Grand level, you will get 2 grapes for every $10.

You will also get extra grapes on your Birthday, or every time you invite a friend to join the AWM community. We are also working on other fun ways to get more grapes, so stay tuned!

 

  1. HOW CAN I SPEND MY GRAPES?

Grapes will help you to get promoted to the next tier, where you will access additional discounts, pre-arrival sales of our most sought-after wines, invites to exclusive events, and much more! Please see the table with the details here

 

  1. DO MY GRAPES EXPIRE?

Our grapes are just like fine wines, they only get better with time! They don’t have an expiration date as long as you’re an active member of the AWM community by purchasing our wines or joining our events and tastings.

Accounts are considered dormant 6 months after the last purchase, and an extended period of dormancy will result in deactivation.

 

  1. HOW WILL I LEARN ABOUT THE EXCLUSIVE PROMOTIONS FOR MY TIER?

Not to worry, we will contact you through your preferred communication channel as soon as the promotion is active to make sure you can benefit from it. We value your time, so every client will receive relevant information, tailored to their tier and interests.

PERSONAL INFORMATION MANAGEMENT

  1. WHAT INFORMATION DO I HAVE TO GIVE UPON REGISTRATION?

We only request the information, necessary for the successful delivery of your orders. You can see the details on the registration page.

 

  1. IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURE?

Yes. Your details are stored in our closed database. Analogue Wine Merchant does not share your details with the third parties.

 

  1. HOW CAN I CHANGE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

You can do it on your profile page once logged in to our website. Alternatively, you can contact our team and we will make the necessary changes for you.

 

  1. IS IT NECESSARY TO REGISTER ON YOUR WEBSITE?

No, you can always opt for the Guest checkout. However, you won’t be eligible for the Terroirs Programme in this case.

 

TRANSFERRING AND OPTING OUT

  1. HOW CAN I OPT OUT FROM THE PROGRAMME?

You don’t have to do anything! Accounts lapse into dormancy 6 months after the last purchase, and an extended period of dormancy will result in deletion. We will make sure to contact you before deleting your account.

Should you wish for your account to be deleted sooner, you can contact your relationship manager and we will proceed with the request. Please note that in this case your Grapes will automatically expire, and you won’t be eligible for any special discounts or rewards.

 

  1. CAN I TRANSFER MY GRAPES AND MY STATUS TO A FRIEND/FAMILY MEMBER?

The Grapes and the Status Levels are non-transferable and are connected directly to your personal account.

However, you can always invite your friends, colleagues, and family. Both of you will receive 5 complimentary grapes on your accounts!
