Damien is probably the best farmer we’ve met (his family farmed oats near Versailles), and he’s a pretty good winemaker as well. His insistence on organic farming, hand-harvesting, and simple, slow fermentations allows the various terroirs to shine through. The L'Alliance is a new addition to his portfolio. It has polished layers of intense, zested fruit, with a mineral finish that complements any simply-prepared seafood dish.
