March is when we kick off our Rhône pre-arrival offers in earnest, and our staff picks this month reflect that: 2020 Eric Texier Côtes du Rhône Adèle"Adèle was actually the first wine I tried from our portfolio, and certainly not the last! The grape variety is Clairette, which is one of the oldest grapes from France, dating back from mid-1500’s. It’s very fragrant, fresh and you will find fruity flavours such as apricot, apple and pear. This indigenous variety will take you straight to the west bank of the Rhône River. Bon voyage!" - Evelien 2018 Domaine Alain Graillot Crozes-Hermitage...

We are very excited to be showcasing the range of Eric Texier's wines with the exquisite modern Cantonese cuisine of Tóng Lè Private Dining on the 25th and 26th of July. A former nuclear engineer, Eric made his name by re-discovering the forgotten plots of Brézème and St-Julien en St-Alban in the Northern Rhône Valley. Using ancient viticultural techniques and minimal intervention wine making, his wines are true expressions of their terrior, and the varietals he farms. Don't miss out! Email your reservations to email@example.com, call +65 6634 3233 or click here. Kindly indicate that this is for the 'Eric Texier Wine Dinner'.
