Wine and cheese tasting notes

Analogue Wine Merchant was at The Providore on Friday 25th January. We supplied 4 wines, which The Providore's expert team paired with their delicious cheeses. Here are the tasting notes from the wines we poured and shared with our guests.

First pairing: 2015 Birichino Malvasia Bianca with Brillat Savarin on wafer cracker.
Second pairing: 2017 Eric Texier Côtes du Rhône Blanc «Adèle» with Comte.
Third pairing: 2016 Broadside Margarita Vineyard Merlot with Oveja al Romero.
Fourth pairing: 2016 Domaine des Bernardins Muscat de Beaumes de Venise Vin Doux Naturel with Cashel Blue on croutes).
